a goalie it's me again this is Caleb your School Technology support for Germantown Municipal school and go to do a quick video here on logging in and also logging into the Chromebook so her new student and just as a refresher for current students former student to log into the Chromebook you're going to need your Gmail address for Germantown Municipal School and your password passwords are set up for students based on their student ID and there's a prefix that we use a capital G lowercase M SD than a five-digit number in memory in that with an! All of you should have that information especially new student that's been thawed out for returning student if something happens to where you've lost it or forgotten it reached out to me I can help you with that no big no big deal but just real quickly still miss this ways I can't screen record on logging into testnav something to do this real quick and then the next video I will stream record from the device going over Chrome OS and then our last video will be over navigate to Chestnut Ave aimsweb plus and when you guys had your required testing you have to be logged out of the Chromebook and to logout of Chromebook go down to the bottom right here of the system tray and since were logged out already the options not there but when you're logged into the Chromebook like your regular homepage in Google Chrome down here he can pull the system tray out you'll see your bike on here where do you have a picture of my audit it may just be your letters of your first and last name are still rough up here and you can find out take you back to this screen just like you you're logging into the Chromebook for the first time so to get this we got on here to app click on that and I have testnav here to dance you guys I have five or six more applications built in that's fine it's just my device ears only set up for me it's not set up for all the stuff you guys have to do some tests now if it's going to pull up the application there is an option here press Ctrl alt at to switch back to Chromebook there is another option that's a little easier will get to that when I finish up doing you how to do this so when this comes up here have to worry about on this brain is this left side where the username and the password is when you guys get ready for your testing. paper will send you guys this information by email it's going to be catered to you cuz your your exams are set up for you to have to worry about the right side just less than putting your username you put in your password Chris Pine in his go to take you to your required testing now what happens sometimes is when you guys first sign in do you get to this page that's okay just make sure you know what you're doing when you get here this is kind of like the second big step of using test Navin aimsweb plus the first step is to go to be logged out of the Chromebook the second step is when you get to this page ignore everything with the state and find aimsweb Plus on the left play games web Plus and take it back to the stream we were previously at okay so now we're going to say I finished up my testing I logged in put in my username and password did my required testing is now done so you can go up here for the drop-down menu is you can go back to when do I take all of that back the easiest way to get out of test is pressing the power button on the right side I just press the power button on the right side do shutdown or sign out you may have to hold the button for just a second if you hit it again it goes back to this you can also do control off I take that back to stick with a power button sir Chris the power button we can go to shut down or we can go to sign out sign out not take her back to her main login screen logging in here that's kind of hard to type run this see if I put that all right so that's going to log me into my home page now are kindergarteners through our second graders when you guys log into your Chromebook smile you put in your email address and your password you're going to be prompted to put in a 6 digit passcode we set that up for your our younger students to make it a little easier so yeah just like an iPhone or smartphone at the day you can put in my passcode make things a little easier login all right so now we're to the homepage going to go ahead and in this video and in the next video it'll be you know a better screen recording we're going to worry about my camera here and we'll go over Chrome OS thanks guys
