Heather L. Fisher, Ed. D is the Principal of Germantown Online Academy of Learning (GOAL). In her 27 years as an educator, she has served as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal. She has worked in the Germantown Municipal School District since its inception. She is proud to be able to live and work in Germantown.

Shelli Henry, Ed.S., is the Math Tier 1 Support Specialist for GOAL. In her 23 years of teaching, she has taught math and science for students in grades K-12 and ACT/SAT prep courses. Ms. Henry also serves as the K-12 homebound teacher for the GMSD school district.

Tammy L. Mitchell is the Interventionist for GOAL. In her 27 years as an educator, she has served as a teacher, interventionist, District Special Education Case Manager, and Special Education Director. She is starting her second year with the Germantown School District. She feels extremely fortunate to be a part of the GMSD team!

Robert "Caleb" Wise is the Help Desk for GMSD and the dedicated IT Support for GOAL. Caleb is also a former music educator and a veteran of the 129th Tennessee Army National Guard Band, serving as the principal clarinetist.
