GOAL takes on the Germantown Community Library

At Germantown Online Academy of Learning (GOAL), education goes beyond the digital classroom. Recently, GOAL’s elementary students went on an exciting field trip to the Germantown Community Library.

During the visit, the young scholars had the opportunity to explore the library's collection of books and community resources, an experience that begins to instill a lifelong love for reading and learning. To make the trip even more engaging, students participated in a thrilling scavenger hunt, encouraging GOAL’s adventurers to explore and discover hidden literary treasures.

But that's not all; the visit concluded with a special gift for each and every student—library cards.

GOAL is committed to dynamic learning that extends to unique hands-on experiences, and this recent library adventure is just one example of how that goal is being achieved. We look forward to sharing more exciting journeys in the future!
