GOAL Students in Grades 6–12 Gather for CPR Learning Event

Students in grades 6 through 12 at the Germantown Online Academy of Learning (GOAL) came together for an important hands-on learning opportunity focused on cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills. GOAL students have access to a variety of real-world experiences beyond virtual coursework, and CPR training was one of the featured events during the school year at this Germantown Municipal School District virtual school.

GOAL emphasizes student engagement and community building through in-person activities that help students connect and learn valuable life skills. In addition to academic instruction delivered online, students have the chance to participate in events such as the recent CPR session, which was part of the school’s calendar of activities for the 2025–26 school year. This event was designed to help equip students with essential emergency response training, empowering them with the confidence and knowledge to act in critical situations should they arise.

The CPR event for grades 6–12 is part of GOAL’s broader initiative to offer student life opportunities that promote practical skills and personal growth. GOAL’s student activities include CPR certification sessions, first aid training, and other interactive learning experiences that complement the virtual curriculum and foster student well-being
